In accordance with sluggish worldwide trends, gold prices in Delhi on May 1 were Rs 55,850 per 10 grams, or Rs 150 less than the previous closing of Rs 56,000. On Monday, silver also decreased by Rs 200 to trade at Rs 76,000 per kilogram.
22K gold costs Rs 55,850 per 10 kilos in Delhi, whereas 24K gold costs Rs 60,910 per 10 grams. 22-carat yellow metal costs Rs 55,700 per 10 kilos in Mumbai, and 24-carat gold costs Rs 60,760 per 10 grams.
The price of 10 grams of 22K gold in Pune is now Rs 55,700, which is also Rs 150 less than the previous day's pricing. The cost of 10 grams of 24K gold is Rs 60,760.

Silver was 0.20 percent higher at $25.20 an ounce while gold was trading 0.59 percent down at $1,979 an ounce on the global market.
