Arriving in Srinagar for the G20 meeting, Ram Charan

Actor Ram Charan, who won an Oscar for his performance in “RRR,” came in Srinagar on Monday to take part in a side event of the third G20 Tourism Working Group Meeting in the Kashmir valley.
The Information and Public Relations Department of J&K tweeted: “Actor Ram Charan arrives at Srinagar airport to attend the first side event on 'Film Tourism for Economic Growth and Cultural Preservation' of the 3rd G20 #Tourism Working Group meeting.”
The actor made waves throughout the world when 'RRR' won the Oscar this year for the best original song 'Naatu Naatu' that included them. The movie also won the Golden Globe.
He will be one of the Indian film industry leaders at the summit to talk about the benefits of film tourism for both economic development and cultural preservation.
Fans of Ram Charan, who consider him to be a worldwide celebrity, saw this as yet another honor for their favorite actor. An actor from the Telugu film industry is reportedly representing India's film industry at this renowned international event for the first time.
Each year, leaders from the world's leading countries come together at the G20 meeting to debate and resolve global concerns, mainly those related to economics, finance, and global governance.
Kashmir will serve as the venue for the Tourism Working Group meeting since India is hosting the international conference there. A panel discussion on the benefits of film tourism for the economy and cultural preservation is also included.
In Srinagar, the level of security has increased. for the G20 Summit's three days. A three-tier security system is in place for drone monitoring and aerial surveillance in Kashmir.
Marine commandos and NSG are stationed all around the site. The special operation group (SOG) of the J&K Police would be stationed at various locations to provide security protection and ward off any terrorist incidents.
Graffiti covering the city walls in Srinagar reflects the city's colors and scenic splendor. Currently, the Jammu and Kashmir G20 Working Group meeting will concentrate on five major priority areas: Green Tourism, Digitalization, Skills, MSMEs, and Destination Management.
The gathering seeks to support regional economic development, protect cultural assets, and advance sustainable development.
