Sports: Ruturaj Gaikwad got clean bowled in Indian women cricketer’s love, know who is his wife

Ruturaj Gaekwad, the opening batsman who made Chennai Super Kings champions in IPL 2023, has tied the knot. Ruturaj Gaikwad has tied the knot with his girlfriend Utkarsha Pawar. Utkarsha is also a cricketer. She is a member of the Maharashtra Women’s Cricket Team. After winning the IPL final, Ruturaj met his future wife Utkarsha for the first time. Due to his marriage with Utkarsha, Ruturaj did not even participate in the final of the World Test Championship. Gaikwad had informed the BCCI that he would not be available due to his marriage.

24 year old Utkarsha is originally from Pune. Initially she used to play football and badminton but at the age of 11 she chose cricket. After this she got a chance to play in the Maharashtra women’s cricket team. Apart from this, Utkarsha has studied Nutrition and Fitness Science. Utkarsha is an all-rounder. She can also bowl medium pace along with batting. Talking about Utkarsha’s cricketing career, she was part of Maharashtra U-19 team in 2012-13 and 2017-18 sessions. Apart from this, he also got a chance to play in the under-19 team of West Zone. After this he was also selected in the senior team of Maharashtra.

Utkarsha played his last match for Maharashtra in November 2021. She is 24 years old and is a medium pace bowler. Utkarsha and Ruturaj have known each other for a long time. They both met each other through their common friend. Although there were reports of Ruturaj’s affair with a Marathi actress, it turned out to be a complete rumour.
