In an all-Indian second-round matchup, Kidambi Srikanth utilized his extensive experience to defeat Lakshya Sen’s challenge in straight games and go to the quarterfinals of the Indonesia Open World Tour Super 1000 competition on Thursday.
The 45-minute men’s singles match was a hard-fought struggle between the two Indians, but Srikanth won the vital moments with his composure and wisdom. He won 21-17, 22-20.
