9 million Jio customers will switch to the 5G network

<p>According to the business on Friday, about 90 million Reliance Jio users switched to Jio’s 5G network.</p>

<p>The business said in its Q3 FY24 results that around 25% of Jio’s mobility data traffic is being handled on its 5G network, with the remaining 5G data being carried on its own 5G+4G combo core. “Jio has successfully implemented 5G technology at the quickest rate ever seen globally.</p>
<p>Strong early demand and user engagement have been seen for JioAirFiber, particularly in rural and underdeveloped tier 3/4 towns. According to Reliance Jio Infocomm Chairman Akash M. Ambani, “digital technologies and customized products for all customer cohorts will ensure sustainable industry growth.”</p>
